We at ReelDealEV.com have found such a small difference between the Left and Right sides that we only sell 1034260-00-C and found that it can be used on either side of the car.
Your Tesla Model S will need to have the removable appliqué which is identifiable with the access square in the center of the appliqué as opposed to the larger one on the edge, as shown in images.
