Yesterday we had a customer reach out thanking us for a good experience, not with just a purchase, but with a repair location as well. The customer used our site to find the part he needed, he then used our site to find someone to help him repair it in his state of Ohio, he then ordered the part and made an appointment with the individual. They were able to get the part replaced at a much cheaper price than going to the Tesla Service Center, and an individual that was not comfortable with repairing it on their own, was able to use one of our alternative options.
