Ballasts and Bulbs are only sold in sets due to discoloration and the age of your replacements. This means at check out you will only select 1 quantity and receive 2 bulbs or 2 ballasts. If you select Combo, you will receive 2 ballasts and 2 bulbs.

For Headlight: 6005907-00-D 6005906-00-D
OEM Xenon headlight ballasts and a D3S bulb. These are used as H.I.D. (High-Intensity Discharge) projection-type Xenon headlights and powers D3S Xenon bulbs.
If your Tesla is showing a headlight out, and you can manually reset the headlights and it turns back on, then this is probably the issue.
Sometimes you can get away with just replacing the bulb, if you want to give that a try select just bulb at check out.
